What to Expect

Parking

Sunday parking is allowed on nearby side streets where signed.  We would ask that if you park on a nearby street that you be especially considerate of our neighbors.

The Music

Our purpose in singing on Sunday morning is to give glory to Christ.  We want to let folks worship in a style that doesn’t distract them from focusing on Jesus Christ in the service.  Our 8:30 service is in a predominately traditional style, where we regularly sing from the hymnal with the organ and piano.  Our 10:30 service is more contemporary, led by a small worship team with instrumentalists.

The Message

We desire to see Christ magnified on Sunday morning as God’s Word is faithfully proclaimed.  To get an idea of the kind of preaching presented on Sunday morning, please visit our sermon podcast.

Children

During the 10:30 service hour, there Bible Hour classes for children of all ages.  We have nursery care for children ages 0-3 available both hours.

Nursery Check-in

At Grace Baptist Church, nothing is more important to us than the safety and security of your children. That’s why we’ve chosen KidCheck to bring you the best experience at check-in and to provide you as parents the ability to act as a team with us to keep them in safe hands. We use Kidcheck for your children ages 0-2 on Sunday Mornings and ages 0-5 for special events during the week. If you haven’t already created your free account online, please do so by going to www.kidcheck.com.  Click the “Sign Up” link from the main menu, and then select, “I’m a Parent, Guardian, Employee or Volunteer.”  Creating your free account at home only takes a few minutes and your first visit at our church will go much faster so that you can enjoy your visit to Grace.

The youth meet in the Faulkner Annex during the 9:20  Bible hour.
